Triune house was built in 1922 by a wealthy local builder, it is considered he was an eccentric as the house does not conform to architectural norms with many interesting corners, rooms and features.
Set amongst other stately homes, Triune house occupies a prestige central position in the city, just a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, speciality shops, cinemas and world renowned tourist attractions.
Each apartment is fully self contained, including kitchen, lounge with open gas log fire, writing desk, bathroom with spa, queen or double size bed room suite (some suites offer an additional sofa bed in the lounge), access to the garden areas is available to all suites with off street secure parking at rear.
