The Port Douglas Queenslander offers you the ideal tropical holiday 'getaway', situated amongst beautiful lush gardens on a melaleuca-lined avenue, overlooking parkland, marina and mountains.
Our tropical Port Douglas accommodation offers a variety of modern self-contained units from studio through to one and two bedroom apartments, and our two bedroom/two bathroom deluxe apartment.
Each apartment is individually styled with its own balcony or patio, and fans & air-conditioners.
We can also offer a large 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor that is suitable for partially handicapped people, older people with walking difficulties, and families with small children. There are no stairs involved, even from the street, and it has a patio overlooking the garden.
Being one of the most centrally located accommodation lodgings in Port Douglas, a five minute walk will take you to the world-class Marina Mirage, our gorgeous Four Mile Beach or to the hub of Port Douglas; Macrossan Street.
Along Macrossan Street's tree-lined footpaths, you will find an enormous variety of restaurants, street cafes, boutiques, art & craft galleries and gift-shops.
The Port Douglas Queenslander also sports one of the largest pool and BBQ areas in our size range, and one of the best tropically landscaped properties. Ideal for enjoying our unique lifestyle with one of those great Aussie BBQ's. An Internet Cafe with Broadband Access completes the facilties on offer.
Also, because of our location, we are protected from the prevailing SE winds and many of our guests tell us it is great to come back to the our pool area where they can relax without the trade winds and resulting sand upsetting their "sunbaking/swim time".
