Specialising in corporate clients and family holiday makers, City Park Serviced Apartments is centrally located for all visitors to Brisbane and is only minutes away from Brisbane International airport, major hospitals, schools, shops and the inner city CBD areas.
Our one and two bedroom apartments are fully furnished and self contained, ideal for the business person or holiday maker on a short visit or an extended stay in Brisbane. Full facility kitchens complement large lounge areas with ample room for dining areas. Our attention to detail includes the hand made, Italian styled solid timber furniture in each apartment. The dining suites, side tables, arm chairs and settees demonstrate the quality of fine workmanship and decorating fabrics creates a luxurious and sophisticated environment for you to relax in. All apartments are serviced weekly (or as required by arrangement).
Our well apointed Apartments offer either city views or parkland views and are surrounded by our award winning beautifully appointed tropical gardens. Enjoy the view from large patio sized private balconies or relax in the cool air-conditioned comfort of the amply sized lounges or bedrooms. City Park Serviced Apartments offer 16 beautifully appointed apartments. We offer Deluxe one and two bedroom apartments featuring cityscape views, Executive one and two bedroom apartments, and also have two Studio apartments available. All provide above average room areas for your comfort and enjoyment.
All Deluxe and Executive apartments are fully self contained, with seperate kitchen, dining room, comfortable lounge room, and all have bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. Two bedroom apartments have one Queen size bed and two single beds available, while one bedroom apartments are furnished with a large king size bed that can be split into twin single beds if required. All apartments have large balconies with the top floor Deluxe apartments offering sweeping panoramic views facing either the city CBD and Valley skyline, or over the adjacent Victoria Park and Golf course.
Our two Studio apartments each have a comfortable king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave oven, toaster, small refrigerator, study desk and private balcony. These are ideal for a single nights stay, or longer, for those on a quick business trip to Brisbane wanting comfortable hotel-style accommodation.
